Throughout my 17 years in the mortgage industry there are 3 key factors which I have held constant: Acting responsibly for my customers, communicating effectively and always being a champion for the highest ethical standards. As a Sales Manager for my Wholesale Account Executives, I embrace the opportunity to act as a coach and mentor for my teammates. My daily initiative is to drive each team member to build their personal success story and accomplish their individual goals. In my past role as a Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive I always appreciated the ability to partner directly with Mortgage Loan Officers in order to put into place an effective plan tailored to each customer's needs while leaving them in a better financial position. My extensive product guideline and industry knowledge has given me the ability to consistently rank among top Account Executives/MLO's throughout my career.
